We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Analyst to join our Real Property Branch's Property Management Unit. Reporting to the Senior Right of Way Agent, you'll be a key team member responsible for critical parcel coordination, providing project coordination support, and delivering accurate, timely status reports for a major infrastructure program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Coordinator

• Work as the project coordinator for critical parcels within each Construction Package.
• Communicate with Construction Engineers, Task Managers, and Project Construction Managers (PCM) to identify critical parcels
• Update the designation of parcels in the Right-of-Way (ROW) database
• Notify Authority Task Managers, Contract Managers, and Right-of-Way consultants of new critical parcels or changes to the existing list that impact the Design Builder's work.
• Prepare ROW status reports on critical parcel reports.
• Review appraisal maps and design files, and communicate with construction engineers, task managers, and PCMs for identification of structure locations
• Identify and assign construction areas and construction elements in the ROW database.
• Prepare reports on the delivery status of construction areas
