Emerald Crest of Burnsville, a Cassia community, is hiring an Activities Director to join our team in Burnsville, MN! As an Activities Director at Emerald Crest of Burnsville, you will manage a small team of activities professionals, plan and conduct fun and exciting activities for our residents. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a genuine concern for our residents' well-being, and has a creative personality and positive attitude.

Position Type : Full-Time working a varying schedule including weekends

Wage Range : $25 - $28 / hour depending on experience

Location : 451 E Travelers Trail, Burnsville, Minnesota 55337

Activities Director Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of activities professionals.
• Ensure meaningful activities are scheduled and executed seven days a week.
• Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
