About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and scaling programs that align with the company's values and support its growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a builder's mindset, capable of evolving the global total rewards philosophy to ensure it is in line with the company's goals, culture, and financial strategy. The VP will also be a trusted advisor to the executive team on matters of pay equity, competitiveness, and governance, and will oversee the design and communication of annual compensation cycles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in total rewards, with a focus on both broad-based and executive compensation, including equity programs. They should have a strong understanding of global mobility, pay equity, and compliance, and be adept at driving data-informed decisions. The role involves managing executive compensation, long-term incentive plans, and equity frameworks, as well as designing and optimizing benefits offerings that enhance employee well-being and retention. The VP will be expected to lead a small team, partner with various stakeholders, and ensure that the total rewards programs are effective in attracting and retaining top talent.
