Job description
Managing daily team performance, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Supervisor will monitor work queue volumes, adjust schedules, and identify trends to enhance operational efficiency in accounts receivable processes. Key responsibilities Monitors work assigned to team members and proactively identifies high-risk accounts requiring prompt attention Completes evaluations and coordinates coaching and training for team members to align with financial service goals Supervises billing and follow-up processes to ensure timely charge reviews and claims submissions Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required 0-1 year of experience in leading others required 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, denials, or patient financial services required Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting procedures Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
