Compensation based on experience and skills ranging from $75,000-$110,000 per year
Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Application Support Engineer at our location in Charlotte, NC.
Technical Knowledge
- Review and interpret project design documents and scope of work, enhance product knowledge of MTU and power equipment as necessary to fully understand total power solution provided.
- Initiate, coordinate, procure and assemble technical submittal documents for channel review and approval.
- Develop, modify, or procure technical drawings for onsite coordination of interconnects or conduit layouts.
- Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems and how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work.
- Provide technical support to Sales / Project Management Team.
- Develop, modify, or procure one-line diagrams for project designs.
Communication / Customer Interface
Be the communication hub for internal / external partners to guide project to a successful turnover to the end-user from inception to close-out.Project schedule alignment to meet customer and project expectations.Salesforce lead to coordinate quality up to date opportunity data.Weekly coordination with sales / project management team for application support and submittal duties.Understand and respond to customer's sense of urgency evidenced by consistent and timely communication.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with customers (internal & external).Additional Responsibilities may be assigned by management.Qualifications
Knowledge of the power industry and 3-phase power.Proven ability to communicate effectively.High level of productivity output.Presentation skills.Detail oriented.Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands.Respond effectively to changes in workload, schedules, and environmentEngineering Degree preferred; Electrical or Mechanical related.Why Indel Power Group
