Executive Chef ($80K+++ Great salary, benefits, Growing Company)

We are looking for an executive Chef to lead our kitchen and join our team in the opening of our newest location! Passion, passion, passion.

If you are passionate and looking to grow this is the company for you.Under the direction of our corporate chef, the incumbent, on a daily basis, consults with the corporate chef and manages recipes, staff, menus, preparation and presentation and overseas all aspects of our kitchen.

The role of Executive Chef includes : Supervises daily operations of kitchen.Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely mannerFollowing all recipes and specs and execution of the menuTraining and staffing kitchenProperly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portionsEnsuring kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirementsUsing kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers in food preparationManaging the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high qualityEnsuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterwardKeeping the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitizedTaking charge of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef Requirements / Responsibilities Experience and Qualifications : Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others.

• 2+ years' experience working in high volume restaurant environment as an executive Chef.*Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset*Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease.
• Must have transportation and be able.*Minor experience with Excell and spreadsheets*Use of Scheduling and labor programs*Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style.
