Job descriptionManage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliation. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, coding issues, and account variances. Assist in month-end close by preparing AR reports and reconciling accounts. Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to ensure accurate billing. Support compliance with accounting standards (GAAP / FASB) and internal policies. Bachelor's degree in Accounting in required. CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an AR role. Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
