Location : Valencia, CA | Type : Full Time | Shift : Day | Salary : $17.81 – $23.00 per hour.

Overview

We're looking for a motivated and dependable HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate new-hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process.
• Greet visitors and answer the front door in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with the check-in and onboarding process for temporary associates.
• Scan, file, and organize documents.
• May require occasional site visits between AMS locations.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
