We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities :

• Provide operational support by assisting with day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth processes and timely execution of tasks.
• Facilitate internal and external communications, including company announcements and updates.
• Support onboarding activities for new team members and contractors.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to prepare presentation materials and reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with client teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service.

Work Environment :

This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility on in-office days. The role is contracted through February with the intent to seek approval for a contract-to-hire transition.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
