Are you an HVAC-certified service technician whos ready to put your skills to work where theyre needed most? Do you take pride in doing the job right, being professional, and helping residents feel at home? If so, we want you on our team!

Were hiring a Floating Service Technician who will travel between communities, lending a hand where extra support is needed. Youll work side by side with onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their bestall while being recognized (and paid!) for your expertise.

What Youll Do :

  • Travel to different communities and provide hands-on service support.
  • Handle service requests and unit turns with speed, skill, and professionalism.
  • Bring your HVAC certification and technical know-how to every job.
  • Deliver friendly, helpful service to residents and teammates.
  • Be a reliable, go-to problem solver when properties need an extra hand.
