State Licensed Product Counsel

To support anticipated contract engagements with a leading technology company, the full-time Senior Product & Technology Counsel will advise on product development, privacy, and technology transactions while working remotely for an initial 6-month period. Key responsibilities Advise product, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and technology agreements Develop scalable legal guidance and monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments affecting technology products Required qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar 7+ years of legal experience, particularly in technology product counseling Significant experience advising technology companies on product development and commercialization Prior in-house experience at a technology company is strongly preferred
