At Nira, we're obsessed with world-class infusion care and we're looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator who's equally obsessed with education, quality, and leveling up teams. You'll be the strategic wing-partner to our Director of Nursing Services, crafting stellar clinical training programs, onboarding nurses like a pro, and making sure we remain accreditation-ready at all times.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver best-in-class training for disease states + new infusion therapies

Travel to infusion sites up to 60% hands-on skill coaching, team engagement, high fives

Help build and manage our home infusion nursing program

Assist in creating and refining clinical policies and procedures

Support audits, accreditation surveys, compliance checks and make sure we ace them

Train leaders and staff on accreditation & quality standards

Act as operational support + trusted clinical resource for home infusion services

Live and breathe Nira standards, INS guidelines, OSHA, state regs the full excellence package

What You Bring

RN (active) multi-state required

BSN preferred

1+ year in nursing leadership or supervisor role (preferred)

1+ year in quality / standards / accreditation work (bonus!)

Infusion expertise you know the flow, the meds, the pace

Great communication + leadership skills

Love for structure, compliance, and elevating others

Health + Compliance

TB screening

Hep B vaccine or waiver

State-required screenings

BLS certification required (or willing to grab it ASAP)

Ongoing Growth

You'll maintain and obtain licenses across states

Participate in competencies and ongoing clinical education
