Manager of Desktop Engineering

A company is looking for a Manager of Desktop Engineering to lead their End-User Computing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of desktop engineers, managing performance and project priorities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the end-user computing environment, including architecture and standardization of desktop solutions

Oversee the lifecycle management of corporate endpoints, ensuring security, compliance, and effective resource allocation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT focusing on desktop engineering or end-user computing

3+ years of leadership or management experience in a technical environment

Extensive experience with multi-platform environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux

Expert knowledge of endpoint management platforms and automated OS deployment technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
