We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter to drive key recruitment strategies for our Accelerating Functions teams. This role will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, accelerating Intuit’s biggest bets. It requires end-to-end orchestration, consultation, and the execution of hiring strategies to drive forward-looking innovation across the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leaders and stakeholders across the organization, influencing them to make the right talent decisions at the right time. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning for your business unit, setting the pace for talent acquisition strategy and long-term attraction plans.
  • Deeply understand the business you support, including its strategy, one- and three-year plans, and how the roles you are hiring for impact business outcomes. You will translate this knowledge into outcome-driven, end-to-end strategies you will drive forward.
  • Actively engage with and steward top talent , influencing business leaders to build relationships with these individuals, even when there are no immediate job openings. You will guide candidate experiences to elevate the experience we deliver to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proactively identify and overcome roadblocks for the business units you support by diagnosing problems, pulling in the right stakeholders, and creating scalable solutions that transform how we partner with the business.
  • Embody your expertise in the talent landscape , educating your business and recruiting peers about the talent market and growing AI fluency within the businesses you support. You will strategically use internal and external data, benchmarks, and advanced go-to-market capabilities like talent intelligence and marketing to impact the business unit.
  • Leverage data to influence decision-making and model a data-driven culture within the recruiting team and across the organization. Use data to forecast future hiring needs, investigate deviations from targets, and develop effective future talent strategies.
  • Innovate with AI and technology to enhance productivity and insights, and mentor other recruiters on how to strategically leverage them to source and engage top talent, analyze market trends, and more.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced corporate setting. G&A recruitment experience (Legal, Finance, People) within a technology organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering and consulting with senior-level business leaders.
  • Prior experience driving scalable recruitment strategies in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging recruitment trends and behaviors within the software / SaaS industry.
  • Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance work productivity and innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with prior experience leading and mentoring other recruiters / sourcers.
  • Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is :

    Bay Area California : 195,500-264,500

    Southern California : 179,000-242,000
