Key Responsibilities :

• Grow the engineering organization across product delivery, architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute towards a high-performing, remote-friendly team.
• Drive execution velocity and technical excellence in a serverless, AWS-native environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations to overcome technical roadblocks to maximize mission impact.
