Social Media

  • Create, promote, and manage events on social media platforms, including developing targeted social media advertisements (primarily Facebook) to increase engagement and attendance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies based on audience research and competitive insights.
  • Ensure all social media content is consistent in tone, brand, and visual style.
  • Hospitality Marketing

  • Collaborate with Food and Beverage, Spa, and Events teams in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support seasonal promotions, community gatherings, and special events through coordinated marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate advertising placements across print, digital, and public relations channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Develop promotional materials in collaboration with departments to highlight packages and drive attendance.
  • Email Marketing and Communications (eNews)

  • Build and send email campaigns for various departments in collaboration with the Communications and IT Department.
  • Track and report on email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Assist departments in drafting and refining communications to maintain brand voice and clarity across platforms.
  • Videography and Photography

  • Photograph and record community events, classes, and hospitality promotions.
  • Edit video content for online posting (knowledge of Adobe Premiere desirable but not required).
  • Ensure video and photo content is high-quality, accessible, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Support departments with video projects for promotions, advertising, and special requests.
  • Website and Online Content

  • Implement and monitor SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, alt tags, link structure) to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Analyze web traffic and user behavior through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and IT Department to recommend and implement enhancements that improve user experience, accessibility, and engagement.
