Job description
Seeking a New York Licensed Commercial Counsel, this full-time remote position will manage the negotiation of MSAs and NDAs, oversee contract administration, and develop legal strategies related to AI and data privacy while building a new commercial legal function. Key responsibilities Negotiate MSAs and NDAs with enterprise customers from initial redline to signature Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks and oversee contract management processes Advise on legal issues involving AI, data privacy, and intellectual property within agreements Required qualifications 4-7 years of commercial contracting experience with significant enterprise SaaS exposure Demonstrated ownership of complex commercial negotiations, including data security and AI-specific provisions Deep understanding of privacy, IP, and AI regulatory regimes Experience in legal tech, compliance software, or regulated enterprise SaaS preferred JD required; bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction required
