The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Radiant’s platform. You’ll be the bridge between product, sales, and marketing, turning technical capabilities into compelling narratives. This includes building content that resonates with CISOs and SOC managers and driving successful launches. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company and the opportunity to shape our category.

In this role, you’ll move seamlessly between strategy and execution. One day building messaging frameworks with Product, the next day creating enablement assets that help Sales win deals. You’ll have your hands in every stage of the go-to-market process with visibility across the company and direct impact on pipeline, customer engagement, and market momentum. What you’ll do

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Radiant in the AI-SOC automation market
• Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Develop sales enablement materials, competitive battlecards, and customer-facing assets that arm the field with winning stories
• Lead the development of technical yet engaging content : Solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, videos, etc.
• Support pipeline generation through compelling narratives for campaigns, webinars, events, and analyst engagements.
• Be the internal expert on our target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape
