What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage in consensus demand planning : Create and manage the style / color level consensus demand forecast and buy plans to meet MOQ requirements
- Track and monitor demand : Review actual demand vs. forecasted demand and adjust buy plans as appropriate
- Review and analyze forecast : Leverage / maximize tool capabilities to ensure forecasting accuracy
- Inventory Management : Ensures purchasing decisions are aligned to Open to Buy
- Sizing Effectiveness : Manage the creation, sizing, and ongoing maintenance of purchase orders to optimize inventory

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
- 3+ years of Merchandising or Planning experience required
- Problem solving mindset, analytical skills required
- Financial management & business acumen skills required
- Excellent communication (oral & written) skills required
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- SAP and / or IBP experience preferred
