Processing Operations Specialist - Onsite

A WELL ESTABLISHED PROVDER OF HSA'S AND HRA'S IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A HANDFUL OF PROCESSING OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS TO JOIN THEIR TEAM FOR A 3-MONTH CONTRACTED PERIOD.

This is a 3-month contract and can possible be extended depending on business needs.

This is an onsite position in Draper, UT

Pay : $17-18 / hr

• Description :
• Process outgoing mail documents that members and employers have requested
• Process incoming mail documents from members, companies and partners
• Ensure that mail for other departments is delivered to their mailboxes (Finance, People Team, Executives, etc.)
• Scan and route documents through our Document Management System
• Processing Member documents and requests through Salesforce.
• Processing financial transactions - incoming and outgoing for Members and Employers
• Reviewing Member identification documents
• Processing requests to aid member in transferring funds
• Ensure accuracy with data entry into our systems through cross referencing and comparing system data sets
• Be able to multitask with multiple systems on high volume day to days
• Other duties as assigned
• Additional Skills & Qualifications :
• Being on-site is an essential part of this role
• Must be able to work during business hours
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Highly motivated team player that is able to multitask through different systems
• Previous experience in healthcare account administration a plus
• Experience withclerical processing preferred
• Accurate data entry / processing skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong Organization skills
• Ability to work in a diverse, high volume, and sometimes stressful environment

This is a Contract position based out of Draper, UT.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
