Manage the full cycle recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, selection, and hiring.
2. Direct all aspects of new hire orientation and onboarding program, including new hire training, employment documentation and compliance, and entry into the human resources information system.
3. Collaborate with Leadership Team colleagues on all employee training and professional development aspects.
4. Sustaining an internal culture that promotes initiative, positivity, and well-being.
5. Management of all payroll processes, including timesheet creation, distribution, tracking, input into the payroll system, adherence to payroll deadlines, and oversight of payroll expenditures, including payroll fees and employer taxes.
6. Maintain the performance management system and individual performance and retention plans. Ensure that all leaders are trained in the performance management system and that all employees receive regular feedback and annual reviews.
7. Manage employee classification process and compensation management systems, ensure accurate job descriptions, perform competitive market wage analysis, and administer the salary structure.
8. Manage the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plans.
9. Lead handling and resolution of all employee relations complaints and issues following employment law and policy to ensure a positive working environment and mitigate employer liability.
