Seeking a Sr. Desktop support technician with Asset management experience

• Description
• Someone who will own the process on the imaging of work stations
• When there is a critical issue, being able to escalate
• Main point of contact, triage, front door for a lot of the incidents coming in
• Lead will manage the day to day processes for Tier 1 and hardware asset management portion, keeping stock room in order
• There will be a rotation of the Help desk and Asset Manager going to different sites
• Locally there are about 20 sites within a couple hours of the office
• IT Manager and asset lead will develop plan for rotation
• 1 day remote
• They have EasyVista for an ITSM, if they have worked with an ITSM that is preferred
• These role will be more operational focused
• Skills

Asset management, triage, hardware, troubleshooting, ticketing system, itsm, easy vista

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.

This is a hybrid position in Fort Wayne,IN.
