Key Responsibilities
Lead and support contact center staff to ensure high-quality customer service and performance
Oversee daily operations, including training, performance reviews, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accurate reporting of contact center activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in customer service and management
Minimum 4 years of experience in contact center management and customer service functions
Sales experience is highly preferred
Working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
Strong leadership and team-building skills
