WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A ROOFING SALES CONSULTANT

To excel as a Full Time Roofing Sales Consultant at M&M, you'll need a blend of skills and qualities to drive success. Prior sales experience is a plus, particularly in home improvement or remodeling, will set you up for a strong start.

Your self-reliant nature and determination to succeed independently will be paramount. Building and nurturing customer relationships should come naturally to you, as well as having the technical acumen to discuss exterior remodeling products confidently.

A valid driver's license is a must for on-the-road sales meetings, and flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays when required will showcase your commitment to the role.

With these skills in your arsenal, you'll thrive in this dynamic and customer-focused environment at M&M.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Proven sales experience - preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
• Self-reliant with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
• Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services.
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
