Job description
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Registered Nurse Data Coordinator will collect, validate, and submit clinical data to registries while analyzing reports to identify improvement opportunities in a multi-hospital environment. Key responsibilities Identify patients in clinical registries using strict criteria and protocols Collect and validate data according to established registry definitions Analyze data and collaborate with clinical departments on performance improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred Three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience required A diploma from an accredited nursing school or certification from an Allied Healthcare program with 5 years of experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement An Associate's degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field with an additional two years of experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement
