Job description
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner will independently manage buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting. Key responsibilities Independently initiate and manage medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) within a structured care model Provide patient-centered care while adhering to harm reduction principles Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals and shared decision-making Required qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications Ability to work autonomously and maintain a patient-centered practice Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup Interest in full-time work, 30-40 hours per week, with flexible shift options
