This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll : lead the experience by checking in with guests and making sure they are enjoying themselves, be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing resolve to their satisfaction, understand that teamwork is key by working hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment, and be in the know by offering expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
