Role Description
An Interior Designer III / Interior Architect III (IDIII / IAIII) contributes to conceptual design and provides full project support, liaising with Project Managers, Architects, and consultants. This role balances creative leadership with technical expertise, guiding concepts, overseeing documentation, and ensuring quality from concept through completion. The IDIII / IAIII is expected to manage multiple small to mid-size projects or one large project, while mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio growth.
Key Expectations
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with Interiors Leadership on the overall concept and carry forward the established design direction.
Coordinate and lead client and internal meetings, preparing agendas and managing deliverables and follow-ups.
Oversee documentation and deliverables for all phases, including models and renderings, to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Ensure compliance with MA Presentation Standards, Project Checklists, and QA / QC protocols.
Participate in onsite OAC meetings and coordinate with project teams as required.
