Position Overview
AutoDS is looking for a customer-oriented and tech-savvy Billing Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team, reporting to the Billing Support Manager.
In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for our users, providing product and service information while resolving issues accurately and efficiently. You'll bring patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to every interaction, advocating for users and ensuring a high standard of service. This is a deeply technical role, and you'll be expected to develop strong expertise in our platform and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of billing-related incoming support tickets
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build trust and rapport with customers through open and clear communication
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate methods and tools
- Handle complaints, provide effective solutions and alternatives within set timeframes
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and assist internal teams
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers
Requirements
Proven billing customer support experience (technical preferred)Strong technical aptitude, with eagerness to learn new platforms and toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems and standard support practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written)Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a range of personalities and situationsStrong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritisation skillsAbility to work full-time within assigned shift patterns, with occasional flexibility if requiredAbility to work under a B2B contractFully remote rolerequires a reliable computer and a stable internet connectionNice to Have
