Billing Specialist
Process requests on behalf of Private Wealth client administrators, including new account setups, account closures, and general account maintenance.
Apply client payments and monitor aged receivables to ensure timely collections.
Request and reconcile payments from third-party custodians.
Support the quarterly Investment Advisory fee billing process.
Review daily exception reports and perform root-cause analysis of setup / calculation issues.
Participate in the month-end general ledger close process, reconciling revenue and balance sheet accounts in partnership with the Controller team.
Prepare analyses of monthly management fee and cash reports.
Review and distribute client invoices.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test scripts and gathering requirements, as assigned.
Assist with ad-hoc management reporting or project-related requests and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of billing-related experience, preferably in the Asset Management industry.
Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working across departments.
Experience with investment management billing platforms or systems is a plus.
