We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to expand into investment real estate, property acquisitions, and off market opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys creating new connections, speaking with property owners, and developing business by identifying properties with investment potential.
You will build experience finding prospective investment opportunities through direct outreach, lead generation, consistent follow up, and relationship development. You will learn how to uncover seller goals, gather important property information, evaluate potential opportunities, negotiate effectively, and guide qualified transactions toward closing.
You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals and investors who understand acquisitions and how opportunities are created outside the traditional listing market. Through coaching, practical systems, and ongoing guidance, you can strengthen your prospecting approach, communication, negotiation, and ability to convert conversations into potential business.
This opportunity is focused on helping you develop the skills, knowledge, and consistent activities needed to create a growing pipeline of investment properties and motivated property owners. Compensation:
$135,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
- Ability to learn and coachable
- Sales experience
