Position Highlights:

  • Comfortable Call Schedule:1 in 6 call schedule ensures a manageable workload.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Top of the Line Compensation: Documented earnings over $700K in addition to quarterly bonuses that drive compensation above 90th percentile MGMA!
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 as a sign on bonus, as well as relocation reimbursement up to $12,000!
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with three PPO medical plans, 100% employee coverage with benefit credit dollars, and optional HSA/FSA accounts.
  • Professional Development:$3,000 CME allowance and 24 hours of CME PTO.

Qualifications:

  • Degree:MD or DO required.
  • Certifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Licensure:Must be able to obtain Nevada medical license.
  • Skillset:Proficiency in bread-and-butter ENT, head and neck cancer resections, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and advanced sinus surgeries.
  • Experience:Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
  • Sponsorship:Visa sponsorship available.
