Behavior Technician (BT) Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, and implement behavior plans designed to help them improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities, familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques, and the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents. Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $2 - $30 HOURLY, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees (30+ hours per week).
