Job descriptionLead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment on project goals Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to provide technical guidance Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or 8 years of equivalent project leadership experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry Minimum of 4 years of direct project leadership experience At least 4 years of experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or CPG manufacturing Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects with budgets of at least $5 million Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations Experience with engineering principles and practices Familiarity with USDA / FDA regulations and industry standards Willingness to travel up to 50% for project-related activities
