Job description
To support healthcare organizations in enhancing their data governance capabilities, the full-time remote Data Governance Lead will manage complex client engagements, develop governance strategies, and cultivate long-term relationships while integrating governance practices across the data lifecycle. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise Data Governance engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders Design and establish Data Governance operating models, including governance structures and accountability frameworks Facilitate governance councils and strategic planning sessions to align governance strategies with organizational priorities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields Experience leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives within healthcare organizations Strong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and Information Management disciplines Experience facilitating executive-level governance councils and strategic workshops Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
