OVERVIEW

As Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing leading-edge digital solutions that span multiple functions, including Product, Engineering, QE, UX, MarTech, and Data. You will help shape our technology strategy, evolve, and future-proof our platform. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and possess a strong technical background, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks aligned with retail business goals.
• Conduct research, analyze, design, and deliver enterprise architectures tailored for the retail industry, including infrastructure, resiliency, security, governance, automation, and integration.
• Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability in delivering SaaS for digital retail operations.
• Provide architectural guidance and collaborate across stakeholder organizations to ensure solutions meet industry requirements.
• Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization initiatives, and cost-benefit analyses for retail systems.
• Design deployment architectures for enterprise services, user experience, and operational excellence to ensure performance, fault tolerance, redundancy, and scalability.
• Oversee the integration of omnichannel delivery methods and mobility experiences for seamless retail customer experiences.
• Work with implementation teams to bring concepts to delivery successfully.
• Promote a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging good engineering practices, minimizing waste and technical debt.
• Embrace calculated risk-taking to achieve business goals.
