HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Residential programs run 24 / 7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

The Intake Coordinator I is responsible for the initial assessment of candidates to determine medical necessity, completion of program admission forms, ASAM assessment, and urgent referrals regarding medical and mental health needs. The Intake Coordinator works in conjunction with Treatment Facility Director and the other Intake Coordinators to provide a warm hand off to the client's treatment team, assuring new clients are stabilized, and urgent needs have been addressed. The Intake Coordinator I will work closely with Counselors, Case Managers, Therapists, and other team members to coordinate and monitor client issues.

The underlying responsibilities for the Intake Coordinator to the client population include but not limited to assessment of needs, care planning, education, information, and referral.
