Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic delivery initiatives within a virtual PMO in North America.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end rollout of new product initiatives and client onboarding efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning, execution, and reporting

Monitor initiative progress and act as the voice of the customer to align client needs with delivery execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT / Dev, Operations, Project Management, or a related field

7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or continuous improvement in a tech-enabled BPO or SaaS environment

Strong understanding and experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel)

Certification in SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, and / or Agile methodologies preferred
