About the Role
The organization is seeking a Director of Development Communications, a vital leadership position essential to advancing the institute's mission. In this role, you will lead the conception and execution of diverse communication strategies that enhance the organization’s presence among key stakeholders, including donors, parents, and alumni. Ideal candidates will possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex organizational setting, with a background in campaign communications, especially within a university context. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
This leadership role requires exceptional managerial and organizational skills, outstanding writing and editing abilities, and a proven track record in achieving strategic communication objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in working with diverse teams, value equity, and demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
