Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Opening
Located in Hilliard, OH
Pay $18-19 / hr
Must have worked in a call center in the last year.
- Provide superior customer service
- Answer customer questions on repair and service of units
- Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description
- Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
- Process Warranty claims and customer orders
- Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed.
