＜業務内容＞
①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
・当社車両との差異分析を行い、部品や構造の合理化案をまとめ、車体設計等の関係部署へ報告・提案を行っていただきます。
・各部品設計やプロジェクト開発と連携、バリューエンジニアの考え方に基づき、お客様の立場でValueが最大となる新車を立上りから実現、また量産期間において、そのValue競争力の維持・向上を推進いただきます。
※バリューエンジニアの考え方…日産車の価値向上の為に、コストを下げるのみならず、性能向上を図り、コスト以上の付加価値を創造しようとする考え
＜詳細の業務内容と期待す役割＞
・強電バッテリーのテクニカルコスト分析やベンチマークを基にした、Value最適化のためのVE活動の企画、推進
・競合他社とのベンチマーキングによる、自社の立ち位置の明確化及び、ベンチマーク達成やブレークスルーするための、課題抽出・方策の立案、課題解決方策の採用推進
・バッテリーパックの構造体、機械特性、性能の分析が主体 (セル/ケミカル部の分析は少ない)

・1年間を通して多くの競合車を車１台分の分解調査を行うことによって、徹底した競争力分析を行うことが出来る。
・競合他車の設計やシステム構成、新工法などを分析し、原価低減策を車両開発へ提案、反映する事ができる。
・部品やシステムの競争力分析や新興国のサプライヤ調査も行い、グローバルな視点での競争力分析を行うことができます。
・お客様の立場でValue向上を進める業務の為、車全体の知識やスキルを学ぶことができる。
・社内の多くの関係者やサプライヤと協力して推進するため、マネジメント力、チームワーク力など多くのスキルが磨かれます。
・自社の車だけでなく、他社車の運転や、車・部品を見る機会が多くあるため、商品である車を意識しやすい環境で業務が進められます。

・自動車OEM、および関連部品設計経験
・強電バッテリー、バッテリーケース、構成部品の設計経験
・自動車業界、車体部品・材料の関連業界において価値エンジニアリングの業務経験
経験：あれば尚可/自動車業界経験：優遇
