Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in the Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid) Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will manage diverse cases, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass torts, and provide personalized client attention. Establish a professional rapport with clients. Answer client questions regarding proceedings and negotiations. Draft, review, and interpret legal documents. Create case strategies based on previous cases and knowledge. Advise clients throughout the legal process. Manage a team to resolve cases efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate. License to practice law in Washington; additional states a plus. Active member in good standing with State Bar. Leadership skills to lead a team and achieve goals. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Organized with excellent time-management skills. Resourceful and creative. Flexible team player. Willing to learn quickly. Experience in personal injury or insurance defense required. Bilingual is a plus.
