We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician for a primary care outpatient role in the picturesque community of Lake Tahoe, California.
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a small rural community, ensuring a diverse patient experience.
You will be working with a supportive team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and must be comfortable with supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate effectively with APPs and other healthcare professionals
- Manage a patient panel with an anticipated 20-25 patients per day
- Optional office-based procedures (not required)
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
- Coordinate care with sub-specialty physicians within the group
Position Highlights :
- 100% outpatient role with no inpatient responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling : choose between four 10-hour clinic shifts or five 8-hour clinic shifts

Qualifications :
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort with supervision and managing diverse patient populations
