About the Role :
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role, so the RBT / BT must be comfortable collecting data, writing notes, and ensuring data completion and accuracy after each session.
Compensation & Schedule :
The pay is between $23.00 - $29.00 / hour, depending on experience.
The schedule requires early afternoon to early evening hours. Please ensure this schedule works with your availability before applying, as session times cannot be adjusted due to client / family needs.
Position Requirements :
Experience in ABA preferred
At least 1 year of experience working with children is highly preferred
Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a background check
