Key Responsibilities
Responds to phone and email inquiries in French, providing information on insurance and annuity products
Assesses customer needs and forwards requests to appropriate departments as necessary
Translates for other business areas if bilingual in Spanish / English or French / English
Required Qualifications
Experience in providing outstanding customer service
Ability to speak French Canadian
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
