A company is looking for an HR Analyst to drive process improvements and modernize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
Drive operational excellence initiatives that eliminate inefficiencies and enhance employee experiences
Serve as a Workday HCM functional expert and support the adoption of new HR technologies
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience with a focus on operations, process improvement, or technology
3+ years working with Workday HCM as a functional user
Experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies)
Project management experience managing multiple initiatives
