Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

The AGM is responsible for performing and / or assisting GM in the following activities for the gym : Personal Production, Weekend Management / Leadership, Staffing, Training, and Performance Management, assemble and manage a fully engaged and high performing membership team that aligns with company values and goals. The AGM should consider themselves the Sales Manager, leading the tea, as a role model and key driver of sales KPIs.

Sales Execution on Key Metrics & Drivers, Personal Production; Deliver Results

• Ensure membership execution on lead, appointment setting, and guest goal to hit financial targets set forth by the company.
• Assist the GM in on-going training on hitting guest conversion, membership mix, and point of sale 1 on 1 coaching goals.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships. Turn every guest gym visit into a new member relationship by listening to guests' goals, presenting UFC Gym in a way that best connects with the member, and establishing trust in UFC Gym through transparent pricing, open dialogue, and a passion for fitness.
• Ensure personal membership execution on lead generation, appointment setting, and hitting personal guest goal in order to hit financial targets set forth by the company.
• Ensure that the membership department hits monthly targets in New Member Sales, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Point of Sale Private Coaching goals.
• Achieve minimum goal by gym and achieve the difference between the membership team performance and monthly goals.
