Job description
To support the growth of programmatic capabilities, the full-time Director of Programmatic Media will define best practices, build training programs, and drive the adoption of programmatic strategies across a remote team, focusing on enhancing internal methodologies and increasing managed ad spend. Key responsibilities Define best-practice methodologies for programmatic media, including audience strategy and measurement frameworks Act as the product partner for the MyHorizons platform, driving adoption and identifying new features for programmatic functions Run regular internal training programs to upskill the DSP team and ensure current knowledge of programmatic strategies Required qualifications Deep expertise in programmatic media, particularly with Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk Experience building methodologies and standards for programmatic measurement and audience strategy History of developing and executing internal training and upskilling programs Familiarity with clean rooms such as Amazon Marketing Cloud Proven ability to build relationships with retailer and DSP stakeholders for accessing beta programs
