Salary Range : $50,000-$55,000 / yr
Reports To : Regional Director Western Event Operations
Location : Harrisonburg (Client Portfolio includes James Madison University / Athletics)

Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of RMC Events operation within their assigned client portfolio. For the Harrisonburg Market, this position will work closely with James Madison University, James Madison University Athletics and the Atlantic Union Bank Center, along with a myriad of clients in the surrounding area. This includes developing long-term, positive relationships with their assigned clients as well as actively seeking to develop new business opportunities within those client relationships. The Account Manager is expected to display excellence in both client service and internal personnel management.
The applicant must always utilize solid judgement and decision-making skills, including during emergency situations. Flexibility with regard to the work schedule is required as the "typical" work calendar does not apply to this position. Work outside of the normal weekday hours is regularly required of the Account Manager as events are typically held on weeknights and weekends. Travel to / from other inter and intra-regional events (within the Commonwealth of Virginia) will be required at times.
