Florida Licensed Associate Attorney

Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement. Key responsibilities: Conduct legal analysis of claims and causes of action, including extensive legal research and drafting of briefs and pleadings Regularly represent clients in court, at arbitrations, and in depositions, while preparing for trials Collaborate closely with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal advice and manage deadlines with independence Required qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in Florida; additional bar admissions are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice area Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
